Building a Coaching Culture
The evening will take the format of a case study showing how a coaching culture has been developed internally at Castle Leisure Ltd.
Lead by Castle Leisure's Human Resource Director, Jayne Beynon, the evening's presented will highlight the objectives, structure, implementation, pitfalls and successes of the initiative.
This offers the opportunity for learning from both the perspective of the coach/mentoring service providers and the corporate users.
