Terry Wright
Terry is a Faculty member of the Oxford School of Coaching & Mentoring. He acts as a coach-mentor for candidates on many of the School’s programmes. He is a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
Prior to setting up his own consultancy business, Terry had many years’ experience as a Director of Human Resources in both the public and private sectors, working at a strategic and policy level. Most recently, he was Director responsible for HR Policy at the Audit Commission. Here, his focus was on creating people policies, strategies and practices to support the delivery of the organisation’s objectives during a period of major change.
